As an interior designer and stylist, I was thrilled when Magazin Ibiza, a long-standing and well-respected Interior and design shop on the island approached me to collaborate on redesigning their showroom. It was a challenging but rewarding process, and I was fortunate to have a talented team to work with.

First and foremost, we started from scratch, completely clearing out the space and even repainting the walls. We wanted to create a fresh canvas to work with.

From there, we carefully selected and placed each element, paying particular attention to materials like linen, cotton, clay, and porcelain, which have a luxurious, tactile quality.

One of the key aspects of the design was the use a clear color code, with bold hues alternating with dark, contrasting tones.

We wanted to create a visual interest, by adding depth to the space, with the use of different shades, helped to achieve this.
We made sure to create different areas within the showroom that emulate
various spaces found in a typical home. It was important to consider not just surface, shape, and colour, but how everything comes together to create a cohesive and functional space.

In addition to the aesthetics, we focused on creating a welcoming and
comfortable atmosphere.
We want visitors to feel like they are stepping into a home rather than just a store, by incorporating elements like plush seating and cozy lighting, we were able to create a warm and inviting ambiance.

I was especially excited to include an olive tree as a natural element, bringing a touchof the outdoors inside. This not only adds a touch of greenery, but also brought a unique and unexpected element to the space.

The end result was a beautifully styled showroom that reflects the high-quality products and design aesthetic of Magazin Ibiza.

The art from my private collection played a crucial role in the overall design of the space. Each piece was carefully selected and placed with purpose, adding character and emotion to the room. As an art lover, I believe that art is an essential element in interior styling.

It brings life and depth to a space, creating a sense of personal connection and meaning. The carefully curated collection added a special touch to the room, making it feel like a true home rather than just a simple space.
